He programmes “Safety For All” of the Foundation Renault

For the second year in a row the program “Safety For All” mobilized thousands of boys and his teachers to recognize the problems of road safety of his community and to look for solutions and proposals to reduce to the maximum the dangers of the transit.

With oratory and well clear targets, the taking part pupils took shape in phrases how are you and in the most finished drawings the learned in the program.

For this they used teaching material especially designed for this project and took part of several allusive classes and days of learning and reflection. Finally a jury composed by authorities of the Headquarter of Road Safety of the Subsecretariat of Urban Safety of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, creative advertizing, specialists in communication and managers of the Foundation Renault, selected the works that he considered to be more original, creative and with the best proposal to solve problems of road safety.

The winning schools received a bicycle with his safety kit for each of the boys from the grade, a computer for the institution and other one for the teacher who coordinated the works.

“Safety For All” Businesswoman gained this year the award to the Best Program of Social responsibility in the category Big Companies, that Franco Argentinas organizes the Chamber of Commerce and Industries.

On a global scale the program began in Spain in 1996. Then it spread to several European countries, and in the last years it came to America, beginning for Mexico and Honduras. From his beginnings until the date, there have taken part more than 8 million students of 20 different countries.
In Argentina, the Foundation Renault implements it successfully from 2007 and foresees to increase every year the quantity of pupils, teachers and taking part schools.
